Things you should NOT do with Google Adsense

After you joined Google Adsense, make sure you follow rules below. If you do, you may secure your way to earn from Adsense. If you don't Google - sooner or later - will kick you out of the programme. And once you out, you can't go back easily. So here they are:

1. DO NOT use fake information when opening your Google AdSense account.
If Google find out any of these, Google will cut your account off and keep all the money you may have earned. Besides, trying to hide your true identity can cause serious problems with the I.R.S. or whoever your tax authority is.

2. DO NOT hack or modify Google AdSense code other than to change the parameters that Google authorizes you to change.
You may have brain as genius as Einstein, but any attempt to bypass Google’s built-in algorithms not only poses a danger to the integrity of the network, but it threatens the financial modle that Google operates under.

3. DO NOT click on the ads running on your own site, whatever the reason.
You may tempted to do this, but Google will know and cut your account. You may accidentally click your account once, you don't have to worry, Google understand this. But FRAUD clicks will get you kicked out from Adsense.

4. DO NOT ask someone to click your ads or provide any incentive for clicking on your Google AdSense ads.
This means don't use arrows image, words like “help keep my site running by clicking on our sponsor’s ads” in your website. Or asking your friends, relatives, spouse to click your ads.

5. DO NOT write content on Google's prohibited items list.
For example: hacking/cracking content, porn, illegal drugs, gambling sites, beer or hard alcohol, weapons, and the other usual stuff.

6. DO NOT put AdSense code in any of non-content pages, for example your registration, confirmation, and all "thank you" pages.
It makes sense to me that those would be un-proper location to place ads. Placing ads in those pages is a hanging offense according to their Terms of Service. If your page has other content beside registration, confirmation, or thank you pages (for example your registration is just a small box in the corner, along with other content) I think it is still possible to place ads there.

7. Do NOT display AdSense ads and a competitor's ads on the same page at the same time.
Imagine your spouse is having a romance with somebody else in front of you, what do you do? The same condition applies here

8. DO NOT mislead visitor
Google Terms of Service state: “Publishers may not label the ads with text other than ‘sponsored links’ or ‘advertisements.’ This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads.”

9. DO NOT use keyword spamming and other divisive tricks
These fraud behavior include:
- using excessive amount of keywords (not a meaningful content, just keywords)
- ”Sneaky” page redirects that send a visitor off to a different site then they were expecting to visit.
- Multiple sites, domains, pages, etc. which have substantially duplicate content.
- Hidden text or links of any type.
- Excessive outbound links on any page. Google recommends no more than 100.
- Links to "bad neighborhoods" (for example warez). Your website may be affected adversely by those links.

10. DO NOT give up
You may find it difficult, even frustating, to get revenue from Google Adsense. Trully, Pay Per Click advertising like Adsense is not going to get you rich in a night. It takes time, commitment, and hard work.

So, you have joined Google Adsense. For you who doesn't know, Google Adsense is Pay Per click advertising program from Google. A lot of happy webmaster have earned thousands of dollars from it. How much you earn from the Adsense program depends on two things:

-Value of these links

Remember that certain keywords have higher value than other keywords and to get higher revenue. When you write your content, you need to focus on using similar keywords. For example, if your Web site is about dating, you would focus on using keywords like "dating" or "love". One secret to getting your visitors to click on your ad links are to build content on topics that really interest you and your visitors. Focus on your target market.

Second is content. The more you website have visitor, the more chance they will click your ads. The more clicks you will receive, and the more revenue you will make. This is where most webmasters will focus their efforts on. So, you must attract more and more visitor to your site. There are two ways you can do to attrach more visitor. 1. Create quality content. 2. Promote your site. Actualy, quality content itself is the one that promoting your site. I will not coming back to a site that is low in quality, rarely updated. I would rather search other website.

So, what is the more important: Content or Keyword?

People usually concern more about Keyword. They try to look for High Paying Keyword (HPK). After they found HPK, they build website based on that HPK. Only a few succeed. Why? Because they actually do not like or master the keyword. For example, someone is going to create a site about finance. They don't know the finance. So, they cut and paste content from another website. Visitor will know and the won't go back. Or, because they don't like the topic of the website they built. They end up boring, don't update their website again.

It's better to choose keywords that you like, although they are not HPK. If you have great content and thus a lot of traffic, quality content can actually compensate keyword with tiny value. If you have combination of HPK and a great content, then you are ready to profit from Google Adsense

How Much Will You Earn From Google Adsense?

Adsense publisher generates income ranging from zero to million dollars a year. One success example is PlentyOfFish.com. This site is a personal site run by one guy, Marcus Frind, and it clears US$10,000 in AdSense revenue per day! That’s right, not a typo. $10k/day (aka ~!US$3.6M per year).

In conclusion, there's no easy money in Google Adsense. Being Adsense publisher needs a lot of hard work. There's no easy money in Google Adsense. That's good because that's make Adsense make sense, it works for all who work hard.

Stock exchange, foreign exchange is in this category. The Good is now you can buy and sell stocks online. Even if you only have limited budget. The Bad is you may loss money. Always be careful when you play stock or foreign exchange.
